Mental Health and Wellbeing at Cleeve Meadow School
As a School we are committed to our students’ mental health. Our staff receive training and work with the wider community to promote student wellbeing. We have trained first aiders and support staff who can make referrals to Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), Community Health and Wellbeing Services (CHEWS) in Bexley and specialist Counsellors.
If you have concerns about your child’s mental health you can contact the school and speak in confidence to a member of staff.
Cleeve Meadow has an open door policy for students to speak to a member of staff as well as:
- Dedicated Wellbeing reps
- Zones of regulation and yoga
- Sensory circuit and room
- OT, Physio and SALT
- Outdoor education and coach
- Mentoring
- Buddies
